Job Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality RN care in post-acute care settings
Developing and implementing resident care plans with consistency and accountability
Working alongside clinical staff to evaluate care options and monitor resident outcomes
Supporting care teams in the development of comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident
Ensuring medical equipment is correctly set up and properly monitored throughout use
Drawing samples for laboratory testing
Discussing care options and preferences with residents and their family members
Ensuring the accurate and thorough documentation of resident histories and interventions
Dispensing appropriate treatments and medications to residents as directed
Qualifications and Skills

Current and applicable state RN license
Completion of an accredited nursing program
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
A minimum of 6 months of experience as an RN or in a related role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
