Full time Dealership Cashier

Mullinax Ford is looking for a personable, hard-working team member who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-store enterprise. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Schedule : Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, rotating Saturdays 8am-4pm

Answering multi-line phone system, receive and re-direct phone calls

Greets all clients, vendors and other customers in professional manner

Asserts a professional level of phone etiquette and utilizes Company's phone scripting appropriately

Cashiering of parts and service customers

Computerized transactions including receipting of sales deposits, processing license plates, scanning, and uploading photos

Excellent customer service skills

Understanding of basic accounting

Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions and ability to learn new software

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent
