Occupational Health - RN - PRN - 1st Shift

Location: Arlington, TX

Available Openings & Shifts:

1st Shift (1 Opening)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Role Type: PRN / As-needed coverage

2nd Shift (1 Opening)

Schedule: Monday – Friday + Saturdays

Hours: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Role Type: PRN / As-needed coverage

3rd Shift (1 Opening)

Schedule: Sunday night – Thursday night

Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Role Type: PRN / As-needed coverage

Role Overview

Provide professional nursing care for sick and injured employees.

Perform and evaluate clinical and diagnostic tests as needed.

Assist the plant physician with minor surgical procedures.

Conduct and document employee medical history interviews.

Collaborate with the Health Services team and other departments to support workplace health initiatives.

Maintain and update medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Perform and document physical examinations.

Adhere to established health and safety protocols.

Maintain medical equipment and supplies.

Support and promote workplace wellness programs.

Deliver professional and knowledgeable customer service to employees.

Required Qualifications

Active RN license that's in good standing

Active BLS (hands-on course required)

2 years of RN experience.

Nursing experience in at least one of the following areas: Occupational Health, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency Room (ER/ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Other acute care experience will be considered.
