What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.
Site Location: Kansas City, MO
We have 4 shifts available:
Shift 1: Full-Time, Saturday through Sunday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. Thursday through Friday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. Shift 2: Full-Time, Sunday through Thursday, 3rdt shift, 12:00 a.m. Shift 3: Full-Time, Wednesday through Saturday 3rd shift, 12:00 a.m. and Sunday, 3rd shift, 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Shift 4: Full-Time, Thursday through Monday, 3rd shift, 12:00 a.m. Shift 5: Full-time, Thursday through Monday, 2nd shift, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Competitive hourly wage of $24 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
