Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at Oakfield, a skilled nursing facility in Brandon, Florida. As an LPN at Aviata, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, assisting them with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident

Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation

Provide nursing services

Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN

Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred

Competitive pay rate: $$36 - $36 HOURLY
