LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Macomb Township, Michigan
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm and every other Saturday 7:00am - 1:00pm
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
~3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
6 months or more of phlebotomy experience
In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Phlebotomist will work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Phlebotomist's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
