Warehouse Responsible and Delivery

Safety And Team Leadership Leads daily start-up meetings, work assignments, safety observations, and shift handoffs; Supervises, trains, coaches, and evaluates production employees; manages attendance, performance, cross-training, and development in partnership with Human Resources.

Production Flow And Delivery Directs daily production flow from material receipt and staging through processing, packaging, and shipment to meet schedule and customer commitments.

Balances labor, equipment, and work-in-process across production areas; Monitors performance indicators such as schedule attainment, throughput, productivity, backlog, downtime, and on-time delivery; Quality, Inventory, And Improvement Ensures standard work, quality checks, traceability, and documentation requirements are followed; supports investigation and corrective action for defects or customer issues.

Maintains accurate inventory movement and transaction discipline, including material identification, location control, cycle-count support, and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Leads continuous-improvement activities that reduce waiting, handling, rework, and other non-value-added work while improving workplace organization and equipment reliability.
