Dentist- Permanent/Full-Time

General Dentist Opportunity | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | El Paso, TX Seeking a General Dentist for a 3-month locum opportunity with the potential to extend - or transition directly into a permanent position! Start Date: September 28, 2026

Assignment: 3 months minimum with option to extend

Temp-to-Perm: Available for providers interested in a permanent opportunity

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Patient Population: All ages

Compensation: $700-$950/day for the first 90 days OR up to 40% of collections

Position Highlights

• Established patient base with 15-20+ patients per day
• 2-3 doctor columns plus 1 hygiene column
• Strong clinical variety with bread-and-butter dentistry and opportunities to perform advanced procedures

• Mix of PPO, HMO, Medicaid, and FFS patients

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

Preventive care and comprehensive exams

Fillings and restorative dentistry

Crowns and bridges

Implant restoration

Root canal therapy based on your comfort level

Simple and surgical extractions

Dentures

Treatment planning and patient education

Other bread-and-butter general dentistry procedures

Surgical and cosmetic experience is preferred , particularly experience with implants and endodontics . An Invisalign certification is a plus , but not required .
