General Maintenance Repair Tech - Plumbing

Ensure community facilities are well maintained

Schedule and participate in maintenance projects

Perform plumbing work such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, zone valves, pipe sections, etc

Perform carpentry work such as fitting doors, replacing molding, repairing structural framing, and refinishing floors

Repair concrete, masonry, roofing and fences

Maintain and Monitor HVAC systems

Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, turnovers, annual inspections, inventories and purchase orders

Recommend improvements at facilities and/or services

On-Call for Emergencies

Minimum of 3 years’ previous apartment maintenance or related experience

Exceptional interpersonal skills to tactfully and diplomatically interact with residents

Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor

Necessary tools to perform general maintenance
