Strategist, Marketing (Remote)

Everboost is a retention marketing agency for DTC health, beauty and pet brands. We run email, SMS, direct mail and lifecycle programmes for brands including Discount Supplements, Womenli and PhycoHealth. We're fully remote, with a team across five countries.

THE ROLE You'd be the primary retention advisor to your pod's brands and the strategic lead of a small cross-functional pod: copywriter, designer and retention coordinator.

WHAT YOU'D OWN Retention performance across your pod: LTV, repurchase rate and profit, with real authority over strategy and flow architecture.

Your pod: setting briefs, prioritising work and setting quality standards.

Turning retention data into recommendations clients can act on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Onboard new brands: lead kickoffs, review discovery and confirm objectives and success metrics.

Run discovery: analyse unit economics, retention KPIs and product mix, mine reviews and customer data, and audit existing programmes for gaps and quick wins.

Design strategy: build 90 to 180 day retention roadmaps across email, SMS, direct mail and subscriptions, designed to remove retention bottlenecks and move brands closer to their goals.

Optimise: review weekly and bi-weekly performance data, run experiments and keep the strategy current.

Report: monthly and quarterly review decks that translate data into business outcomes, plus regular client updates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years leading retention or lifecycle strategy, not just execution, for DTC or eCommerce brands. Advanced Klaviyo knowledge: conditional splits, dynamic content, segmentation and flow architecture.

Experience managing multiple brands or clients at once (3+ concurrent) without losing detail.

Client-facing advisory experience with English-speaking clients. You can present recommendations to founders and back them with data. Strong written and spoken English is essential.

A track record of building retention processes or SOPs.

Experience in health, wellness, beauty or food DTC.

Whether you find problems in the data before clients raise them. If a brand's first-to-second purchase rate drops, we'd expect you to have pulled the cohort and drafted a test plan before anyone asks.

We're looking for analysis of what changed and what to test next, rather than a summary of platform metrics.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT We have documented workflows, a growing SOP library, an Operations Manager who handles escalation, and a decision framework that sets out what you decide alone, what you action and then report, and what needs approval first.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 30 days: onboarded on your initial 2 to 3 brands, with at least one strategic recommendation per brand.

First 90 days: running a full pod of brands independently, with clients treating you as their primary advisor.
