Immediate Hiring For General Production Workers In Spokane
This position involves supporting cabinet production in a large, high-output manufacturing facility. You will take part in multiple stages of the process, including assembly, finishing, and preparation of cabinet components, using hand tools and production equipment in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Assemble cabinets in line with production requirements and quality standards
Support operations in the door department and other assigned areas
Operate basic machinery and production equipment as needed
Perform sanding, painting, and finishing tasks when required
Adhere to all safety policies and proper equipment usage
Achieve daily production targets in a high-paced environment
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production setting
Experience using hand tools for assembly and installation
Capability to handle general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail for precise assembly work
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
Experience in assembly, sanding, painting, or machine operation is beneficial
Comfortable working with wood materials and cabinet components
Willingness to learn new tasks and participate in cross-training

You will work in a well-maintained production facility with around 500 employees specializing in cabinet and door manufacturing. This role follows a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering a steady day shift while working with tools and equipment in a safe and organized environment.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.
