Job Description This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food Runner at the #1 Hotel in Los Angeles, as voted by Travel and Leisure: Oceana. The role involves efficiently and accurately delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables or rooms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities Deliver food orders promptly from kitchen to tables or rooms.

Work closely with front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to maintain service quality.

Enforce company standards regarding operational processes and procedures.

Address and resolve guest concerns in a friendly, high‑touch manner.

Qualifications Treat all guests with the highest level of concern and care.

Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and ethics in all interactions.

Have broad knowledge of local restaurants, nightlife, museums, current events, and attractions.

Provide accurate and precise directions to guests.

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Show respect, dignity, and take ownership of tasks.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong time‑management abilities.

Ability to function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience in hospitality preferred.

Food handling certification (ServSafe) required.

Physical Requirements Must be on feet for several hours during shifts.

Able to carry about 35 pounds; occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Use hands to manipulate tools, objects, or control equipment; adequate vision required.

Move around the property, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Travel: None.

Schedule: Full‑time on operational basis.
