Operate production equipment in accordance with process control plan and job safety analysis in order to meet safety, quality, customer requirements, and production requirements.**Achieve operating goals of work cell/area in all aspects of the manufacturing process, such as safety, quality throughput and cost.**Learn all operations in department through successful acquisition of skill-based training program consistent with scheduled time frame for such progression.**and understand total concept as it affects immediate and future outcomes.**Perform basic trouble shooting, maintenance, and repairs to equipment.**Adhere to all safety, quality and environmental requirements.**QUALIFICATIONS:**High school diploma or G.D. preferred **1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred Note: This position description describes only the general nature and level of work encompassed by this job.
