Hardware Electrical Engineering Manage

Eaton's Electrical Sectors division is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer within the Energy Transition (ET) team. This role is based out of our Moon Township, PA location and offers a hybrid working schedule. The ET team is working on new products and technology that allow for intelligent home electrical power management solutions and improved technical paths for the adoption of renewables and home energy storage devices.
The Electrical Engineer will be part of a cross-functional engineering team and be responsible for performing electronic circuit design, both analog and digital. Participate in the design of analog and digital circuits, including power supplies, signal conditioning, and microprocessor support circuits.
Contribute to domestic and international project teams assigned to research, design, develop, test and/or launch new innovations; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Support the technical evaluations of third-party solutions and assess opportunities to develop partnerships or and new suppliers.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering from an accredited institution.
Industry experience with residential electrical crcuit protection devices through a co-op or internship program, to include the following:
Experience working in a cross functional team including mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers.
Experience conducting formal competitive analysis tear downs.

Ability to travel up to 10%, internationally and domestically.

Computer knowledge: MS Office tools, Altium 365, GitHub, Confluence, Jira.
Experience delivering project updates and technical presentations.
Experience with AI tools and their use in engineering applications.
