Full time or part time PTA

ProgressiveHealth of Indiana is seekinga PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our amazing team of therapy professionals in Henderson, KY . While previous healthcare experience is a benefit, this position is also open to recent graduates. This position focuses predominately in the outpatient orthopedic department wing of a busy hospital, with occasional floating to the Inpatient department. Weekday PRN PTA needed - no weekend rotation required!
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication and patient care skills
KY Physical Therapy Assistant license or ability to receive KY PTA license
CPR certification
This position is responsible for:
Providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases
Relieve pains
All functions performed under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
