Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM | 40 hours/week | Weekdays
Position Summary:
~ The Phlebotomist II (Patient Services Representative II) provides high-quality patient service while performing blood collection and specimen processing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections.
Collect, label, verify, and process clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.
Verify patient demographics and specimen information for accuracy.
Obtain required patient signatures following venipuncture.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide patients with clear explanations of collection procedures and create a professional, trusting environment.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Handle multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume setting.
Follow all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Travel between Patient Service Centers and physician offices as staffing needs require.
Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent — Required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience — Required
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections — Required
• Strong phlebotomy and specimen-handling skills.
• Ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Keyboard/data-entry experience.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on established procedures.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license/clean driving record, if applicable.
• Flexibility to support staffing needs and work at multiple locations when required.

• 2 years of Patient Service Center experience
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training
• Phlebotomy certification
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment
• Experience working in a high-volume healthcare setting
