This position supports sensitive national security programs and requires an active Top Secret security clearance. Effective communication across engineering, operations, and leadership is key, as is producing technical documentation that supports long-term system sustainment. Identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and continuous improvement is essential, and the ability to remain effective amidst shifting priorities while maintaining focus on strategic goals is highly valued. Qualifications:Required: Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph, or willingness and eligibility to obtain a CI Polygraph.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.Ability to work in-person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA, Sarasota, FL, or Denver, CO.At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, or related technical fields.Minimum of 1 year of experience with mission management applications or enterprise data integration.Experience integrating software applications, enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and distributed technologies.Familiarity with system testing and automated application testing frameworks.Strong grasp of systems engineering principles and the system development lifecycle.Experience designing or implementing automation for operational efficiency.Advanced technical writing skills, including architecture documentation, interface control documents, system diagrams, procedures, and engineering artifacts.Demonstrated capability to independently prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian Suite tools, including Jira and Confluence.Desired:Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of War organizations.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.Knowledge of PowerShell, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming and scripting languages.Understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering, enterprise architecture, or digital engineering practices.Experience with AI-enabled decision support, advanced analytics, or data engineering solutions.If you are ready to take on meaningful challenges, collaborate with talented teams, and help drive mission success, we encourage you to apply.-At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
