LPN Opportunities at Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City
Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City has immediate openings for Day, Evening or Night LPNs. We are seeking individuals who are committed to improving the lives of those with mental health illness.
The Licensed Practical Nurses' responsibilities include the following:

Provides general nursing care as required.
Develops a therapeutic relationship with assigned residents.
Serves as a role model for residents and peers.
Establishes and maintains professional contact with the resident's physician and psychotherapist to assist in planning the resident's care.
Admits, discharges and transfers residents based on physician's orders and sometimes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Intervenes appropriately to de-escalate residents as needed. Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents.
Qualified candidates for Licensed Practical Nurses should have the following:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse License in the State of Arkansas or eligible compact license.
Prefer one-year direct care experience in a behavioral health setting.
