We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role in the successful implementation of patient support programs for our high-profile pharmaceutical clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the patient support landscape, proven experience in managing complex projects, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. We are looking for a leader who can take a consultative approach to client engagement, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Lead and manage complex patient support program implementations, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory requirements, and Cardinal Health Sonexus™ standards.
Develop and present comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk management strategies and client presentations.
Manage project scope, risks, and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential challenges.
Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
Drive project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the project management framework.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to patient support programs.
Take a consultative approach to client engagement, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and expertise on best practices for patient support program design and implementation.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on implementing patient support programs, preferred
Demonstrated experience working with high-visibility clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, DevOps).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Strong consulting skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
Applies primary knowledge and understanding of concepts, and principles to manage a wide variety of projects
Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
Works on or may lead projects of varying scope
Interact with peer customers and suppliers at various management levels and may interact with senior management
TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES: Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 7:00pm CST.
REMOTE DETAILS: You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job.
