Reservationist - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Reservation Agent to help our guestsbook their dream getaway! All employees receive perks of $50 rooms at any ofour properties, and discount rates at our spa, restaurant, and retail.
Averill Hospitality is seeking a ReservationsAgent to join our Reservations Team Full-Time and In-Person at $19- $21 Hourly DOE.

A Reservations Agent is responsible for fulfillingreservation requests and questions via phone and email and according toestablished protocols.

A key role for every Averill Hospitality Team Member is toserve as an ambassador of the company and its properties, positively engagingowners, guests, and the community at every opportunity.
Be present and available for reservations calls, spending the shift managing requests for new reservations, modifications to existing reservations, and responding to general questions about the property and the area.
Secure new and modify existing reservations with high attention to detail and in accordance with established policies, following the Signature Service protocols for success.

Computer literacy and the ability to learn programs and systems are integral to the role.
Must be alert, able to interpret and follow instructions and guidelines set by the hotel's policy and procedures, keep commitment, and complete tasks of time.
High School diploma or equivalent

Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
Familiarity with Whitefish and local attractions is an asset

SCHEDULE / HOLIDAYS/ PTO:

A Reservations Agent may be scheduled to work up to 8-hours a daybetween the hours of 7 am and 7 pm any day of the week, in accordance withbusiness needs. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Thisposition is in-person in our office at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake. A Reservations Agent will typically be available during peakseasons.
