Join Our Team at Vitality Living as an LPN/Charge Nurse at our Vitality Living Elizabethtown Community! we are a vibrant community dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for our residents, families, and team members. LPN Requirements:
Administrate or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments
Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms
Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts
Inform Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Meet state or provincial health related requirements
Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently LPN/LVN
PRN (As Needed)
