Job Title: Paid Clinical & Healthcare Experience (DSP) - Flexible Schedule
Are you a student in a healthcare or human services field looking for a job that actually builds your resume? This isn’t a "get coffee" internship. This is a paid, flexible role where you will gain the hands‑on clinical and professional experience that graduate schools and employers are looking for.

Patient Care & Support: Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility.
Healthcare Skills: Gain experience in medication administration, wound care, and monitoring physical and mental health needs.
Case Management & Advocacy: Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), serve as a patient advocate, and help individuals navigate community resources.
Complete all necessary documentation of care, service provision, and medication logs, a critical skill in all healthcare fields.
Behavioral Support: Learn to implement positive behavior supports and de‑escalation strategies.
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Pre‑Med, child education, or a related human services field.
A strong desire to learn and gain hands‑on healthcare experience.
A High School Diploma or GED.
