BBG Construction Law has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal specializing in case management, eDiscovery, and trial experience.
Our paralegals play a substantial role in each of our cases and are respected for their ideas and contributions. As the newest member of our team, the Litigation Paralegal will be positive, meticulous, diligent, highly motivated, personable, and tech‑savvy. You should be prepared to quickly learn and excel at the following:
Work cooperatively with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case, including taking the initiative to regularly update attorneys on status of cases and quickly alert attorneys to important client and case needs and solutions.
Draft responses to pleadings and discovery requests, prepare complete and compelling timelines and demonstrative exhibits that persuasively capture the “story” of the case.
Prepare for and attend trial including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and issuing trial subpoenas, preparing and managing exhibits, and tracking responses during voir dire.
5+ years of experience in litigation defense and trial experience.
Experience with ESI and eDiscovery platforms and a tech‑savvy attitude toward learning new technologies and processes.
Commitment to high‑quality work product and case management.
