Our Room Attendants are dedicated to ensuring the comprehensive cleanliness and meticulous preparation of guest rooms and suites. They consistently uphold the highest standards of quality and uniformity, significantly enhancing the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Their keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable reputation of our hotel. Their efforts not only contribute to the physical cleanliness of the rooms but also to the overall ambiance and guest experience of the hotel. This dedication to maintaining an immaculate environment is essential in fostering a positive and memorable stay for all our guests, reinforcing the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality.

Thoroughly clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.

Restock and organize housekeeping carts daily.

Deliver lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper for logging and storage.

Report any unusual situations in guest rooms or suites to the Executive Housekeeper immediately.

Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests.

Report maintenance needs and address guest requests or complaints promptly.

Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and work rules as outlined in the employee handbook.

Be flexible with work schedules to meet the demands of the hotel, which operates 24/7.

Capability to lift, carry, and bend throughout the shift.
