At 3D Physical Therapy, we believe exceptional patient care and a great place to work go hand in hand.
We're a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Dallas built around a simple philosophy: quality over quantity. Our therapists have the time, autonomy, resources, and team support to provide the level of care they would want for their own friends and family.
Our therapists typically treat 9–11 patients per day , allowing you to focus on clinical outcomes and the patient experience rather than simply moving patients through a schedule.
Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based treatment, and patient education
Collaborate with experienced PTs, PTAs, and other members of the clinical team

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who:
Brings positive energy to the clinic
Experienced clinicians and early-career therapists with a strong growth mindset are both encouraged to apply.
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
Current or eligible Texas Physical Therapist license
Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
