RN Emergency & ICU

Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert clinical care and teamwork. Manage complex medical conditions in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Administer bedside care, including monitoring vital signs and adjusting treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.

Respond swiftly to emergency situations and intervene with advanced nursing skills.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.

Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Valid state or compact nursing license required at the time of submission.

Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience; Develop specialized skills in ICU nursing with exposure to complex cases.
