As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be supporting daily manufacturing operations by driving process improvements, enhancing product quality, and improving operational efficiency. You will be collaborating closely with operators, technicians, quality engineers, and leadership teams to identify and resolve production challenges while implementing sustainable manufacturing solutions.
You will be contributing to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment. Through a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving mindset, you will be helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations that support business objectives and customer expectations.

As a Manufacturing Engineer , you will be responsible for:
Supporting daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
Developing, documenting, and improving standard work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing procedures.
Assisting in designing tools, fixtures, and equipment to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Participating in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).
Supporting new product introductions by helping define manufacturing requirements and validating processes.
Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure smooth production and adherence to quality standards.
Maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Have the ability to work effectively on the production floor and communicate with technical and non technical teams.
Have familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).
Have basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, fabrication, or automation.
Have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Have internship or co op experience in a manufacturing environment.
Have exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Have experience with data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar).
