Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with residents' individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Monitor, record, and report changes in residents' conditions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in medical records.
Uphold all facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
