Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,370 - $2,500
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 x 10-hour shifts (7:00am - 5:30pm)
No call, holidays, or weekends required
Main Operating Room (Perioperative / Surgical Nurse role)
Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligible compact state RN license)
Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience (perioperative experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards, sterile technique, and OR protocols
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced surgical environment
Provide direct perioperative patient care in the Main OR, ensuring safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver high-quality surgical nursing care
adhere to infection control and OR protocols
Document perioperative patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Support multiple specialties as needed, including Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Pathology, Sub-Acute, Pediatric PACU, and Pediatric OR
Assist with instrument handling, surgical counts, room turnover, and effective pre-op/post-op handoffs
