Conduct essential and advanced clinical laboratory tests, spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, while adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate test outcomes for correctness, resolve discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are well-maintained and calibrated.
Assist in collecting specimens and preparing samples for analysis as required.
Document processes diligently, mentor new staff or trainees, and help uphold exceptional lab quality standards.
Ensure a hygienic and safe work environment, while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
A bachelor's degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected within the first year of employment.
