Annualized Compensation: Approximately $114,400 - $124,800/year based on full-time schedule

Additional Earnings: Base hourly compensation plus commission opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry

Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures

Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings

Take and interpret dental radiographs

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment

Qualifications

Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey

Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
