Seasonal HR Rep

Fanatics seeks a Seasonal Bilingual HR Assistant for our Miramar, FL distribution center. The role supports the HR department's daily operations, maintains employee records, and coordinates payroll data with the payroll team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR support, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with HRIS systems (Oracle or Dimensions). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse workforce.
