If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and staying busy, we'd love to hear from you!This is a fully in-person position, regularly working across all of our offices is required. Our offices are located in Owings Mills, Rosedale, Columbia, and Westminster.Your ScheduleMonday–Friday — no weekends! 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM 30-minute unpaid lunchWhat You'll DoWelcome patients and provide a friendly, professional check-in and check-out experienceSchedule appointments across our practice locationsCollect copays and outstanding patient balancesAssist patients with general insurance and billing questionsReview paperwork, referrals, and medical records for accuracy and completenessPrepare patient charts and help keep front desk areas organizedRotate between office locations based on practice needsWork alongside a supportive team to keep daily operations running smoothlyWhat Will Help You SucceedAt least 1 year of medical front desk or medical office experience is requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsA positive, dependable, and team-focused attitudeExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced medical officeComfort with typing, scanning, filing, and general office tasksA professional and compassionate approach to patient careAbility and willingness to regularly travel between all four office locationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
