Key Responsibilities Deliver end‑to‑end operational support, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders, efficient service management, and high‑quality program execution.
Contribute to operational excellence initiatives by supporting service delivery, process improvement efforts, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional program execution.
Recommend products to customers, based on their needs and interests.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Must‑Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training.
5-7 years of sales experience, with a preference for technology sales.
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think in a structured and process‑oriented manner.
Proficiency with Virtual Desktop for access setup.
Access to standard equipment with preferred specifications: at least 32GB RAM and Corei5 or higher processor.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
