Head of Operations (Remote)

To support a growing revenue strategy, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage the end-to-end global revenue operations function, driving pipeline management, forecasting, and operational excellence across Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

Own the Global Revenue Operations function and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, enabling pipeline growth and customer retention

Lead pipeline management processes and ensure forecast accuracy through disciplined methodologies and regular reviews

Define and maintain core KPIs for Sales, Partner, and Customer Success while translating complex data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles in a SaaS or technology environment

5+ years of people management experience, preferably leading senior individual contributors or managers

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

Deep understanding of the full revenue lifecycle, including pipeline management and forecasting

Experience with GTM Systems, preferably Salesforce, and proven ability to scale operations through process and data
