We're on the lookout for a full-time, licensed OTR/L to join a collaborative and innovative therapy team that cherishes connection and results. Formulate Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft specialized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional objectives.

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside a diverse group of professionals including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide insights and techniques to patients and caregivers to support sustained progress outside of the therapy room.

Document clinical outcomes meticulously and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on a path to success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is mandatory.

Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to diverse needs.
