Salary Range $19.35 - $19.85 Hourly Education Level HS Diploma|GED| C.Little City is a nonprofit organization that serves youth, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum and adults with special healthcare needs.

Little City is seeking highly motivated and mission-centered individuals for the position of Direct Support Professionals (DSP/Caregiver/CNA). We currently have a variety of shifts (full-time and part-time).

Plus $ 1.00 - Weekend Shift Differential

Overtime Rates: $28.12/hr/- $28.87/Hr- when working over 40/hr per week. CURRENT STAFF MAKE $30K, $40K, $50K+ w/overtime!!!

Provides direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, toileting, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks. Fosters positive relationships between caretakers and individuals served. Reminds and assists clients with medications Encourages self-help activities. Documents services provided. Performs home management functions such as housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning. Plans meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals, feeding and clean-up. Don't have any DSP, Caregiver, or residential related care experience? We provide all the classroom and on the job training! You will receive all the PAID classroom (40 hours) and on the job training (80 hours) you need to be successful in this position.

21 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent Valid regular Illinois driver's license with a responsible driving record and proof of vehicle insurance Ability to maintain confidentiality.
