Temp/Travel- Registered Nurse (RN) L&D (NIGHT)

Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (Travel) – Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Start date 06/22/2026 for a weeks-long travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,379 to $2,553 per week. Shift: 3x12 Nights. This is a Travel - Temporary Assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Weekly pay: $2,379 – $2,553 per week

• Contract duration: Shift: 3x12 Nights
• Hospital (Labor & Delivery unit)

Provide direct nursing care to labor and delivery patients, monitoring maternal and fetal status.

• Assess labor progression, administer medications as ordered (including analgesics and oxytocin as prescribed), and document findings in the charting system.
• Assist with delivery, provide immediate post-delivery care to the mother and newborn, and support newborn resuscitation and stabilization as needed.
• Monitor vital signs, manage pain and comfort, and support family members throughout the labor and delivery process.
• Collaborate with obstetric physicians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal staff; respond to obstetric emergencies promptly.
• Maintain infection control practices, ensure patient safety, privacy, and advocacy, and complete required charting and handoffs accurately.

Massachusetts RN license (in hand at time of submission)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Ability to work the 3x12 Night shift in a high-acuity Labor & Delivery unit
• COVID-19 vaccination + booster required; 24/7 recruiter and travel support
