Registered Nurse - Cardiac Lab

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus with a 2 year commitment to Mission Hospital. An Enhanced Surgical Recovery program that reduces opioid prescriptions and post-surgical readmissions. Shift and Attendance

Shift: 7am-5:30pm. Call: 1 day and 1 weekend every 6 weeks. Must be within 30 min of facility if called back in.

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Required Experience: One year of RN experience.

Preferred Experience: Cath Lab and/or strong critical care/cardiac nursing experience.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with completion of the BSN within 5 years of hire date. Master’s in Nursing.

Current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health, and telemedicine coverage.
