Chemist I-Chemistry Lab
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Chemist I to perform laboratory testing activities including wet chemistry and instrumental analysis. The role supports monograph testing and failure analysis while ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting turnaround time targets.
Responsibilities
Conduct testing activities including wet chemistry and instrumental analysis per protocol
Monitor project backlog and schedule work to meet quoted turnaround times
Maintain accurate laboratory records and enter testing data into LIMS system
Perform equipment calibrations and environmental condition monitoring in laboratory
Support quality system improvements through documentation and corrective action processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
Experience with wet chemistry techniques such as gravimetry, titrimetry, colorimetry
Familiarity with analytical instruments: HPLC, GC, ICP, ICP-MS, IC
Knowledge of ISO 17025, DEA, EPA, FDA regulatory guidance
Proficiency with LIMS data entry and laboratory record management
