The posted compensation range of $35.53 - $52.85 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This is a PRN position covering weekdays or weekends.*
As a Home Health RN, you will:

Apply your expertise directly in a patient's most comfortable environment, delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care.
Craft individualized care. Develop, implement, and dynamically adjust comprehensive care plans that promote patient independence and well-being.
Work seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team – physicians, therapists, and support staff – to ensure holistic care.
Serve as a vital resource for patients and their families, providing crucial teaching and emotional support.
Oversee your caseload, leading and nurturing LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides to foster a strong, cohesive care team.
CommonSpirit Health at Home leverages AI-powered clinical documentation to reduce documentation, enhance work-life balance, and maximize patient time
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!).
Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
