Wound Care Registered Nurse
Location: Baylor Medical Center- Frisc, TX
Shift: PRN Day Coverage

- You will work as needed as a Wound Care Registered Nurse, applying our nursing model to patient care. Your role includes assessing patients and addressing nursing issues related to health problems. You will also evaluate patient responses to care. Your job involves more than nursing. Help patients safely navigate their healthcare journey by understanding their needs. Ensure patients move smoothly through healthcare encounters without complications or delays.
Adjust care plans to reach desired outcomes.
Participate earnestly in initiatives aimed at improving quality and performance.
You will strive to relieve physical and emotional pain, promoting healing for the patients under your care.
You will acknowledge and respect patients' unique differences and incorporate them into tailored care plans.
Maintain a spirit of collaboration, partnering with colleagues and the community to improve patient care.
Continue to develop as a professional, taking part in professional development opportunities and providing community service when available.
Possessing a solid understanding of nursing and patient care standards and procedures will enable you to thrive in this role.
A knack for critical thinking and problem-solving will help you excel.
Being vigilant in observing changes in medical conditions and able to communicate these changes effectually is vital.
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and tools used for documenting medical information, is required.
Must have completed an Associate's degree in Nursing.
Should have a minimum of (3) three years of experience in a related field.
Registration as a licensed nurse is mandatory (RN)
