Job Skills / Requirements:

Experience as a receptionist required.

Organizationand tremendousattention to detailis a must.

Must beable to multi-taskand manage time effectively.

Excellent communicationandlistening skills.

Has professional and pleasant phone etiquette.

Computer skillsrequired.

Accurateaccounting skillsare a must.

Strongproblem-solvingabilities (judgment, logic, creativity,conflict resolution).

Required licenses:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Veterinary Medication Clerk's license, overseen by the WA state Department of Health.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $19-23/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
