Job Description LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA

PAY RANGE: $115K - $180K

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in management of a diverse caseload of individual employment matters from inception through resolution.
Produce high-quality work product, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents to support case strategies.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and implement effective case strategies.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in employment litigation.
Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
