Food & Beverage Quick Service Restaurant Team Members are focused on creating a professional and enjoyable dining experience by ensuring the highest standard of guest service. They are responsible for working in a fast-paced environment taking orders, cash handling, food preparation, stocking condiments, and keeping the work location clean.

Responsibilities include:

Working as part of a fast-paced team to meet target goals during your shift.

Following all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for customers and a healthy work environment for the team.

Food preparation & assembly of food products including but not limited to chicken and vegetables.

Maintaining food safety standards.

Understanding and explaining menu offerings to guests and answering questions about the food products.

Keeping the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and well-organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Maintaining high food quality standards and promptly reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager.

Providing guest service when problems arise and assisting in finding solutions with guests and team members.

Team members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Basic English language skills.

Basic qualifications include:

Part-time requires full availability for any shift, a minimum of (3) three days per week, including nights and holidays.

Full-time roles require full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Written and verbal communications skills.

Physical role, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling.

Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.

Job type: Full-time. Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour plus tips. Restaurant type: Fast casual restaurant, Quick service & fast food restaurant. Shift: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Night shift. Weekly day range: Weekend availability. Ability to commute/relocate: Williamsburg, VA. License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred). Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (Preferred). Work location: One location.
