Compliance Counsel - Remote

The Contracts Counsel will support the Corporate Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements while helping ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The role will partment closely with internal stakeholders and provide practical legal guidance on routine contractual matters. This is a remote position.Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreementsSupport contract intake, review, execution, and tracking processesIdentify contractual risks and recommend practical solutionsConduct legal research and assist with compliance initiativesDevelop and maintain contract templates and playbooksSupport dispute resolution, governance matters, and diligence activitiesQualifications: J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive bar membership in good standingMinimum 3 years of experience with commercial contracts, healthcare, technology, or corporate lawStrong legal research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentWork Environment:Remote position with quarterly onsite Legal Department meetingsTravel generally less than 5%PAY RANGECorVel uses a market-based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.
