Cook (Paid Daily!)

Overview Applebee’s is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve menu items in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment at Flynn Group’s flagship location in Olympia, WA.

Responsibilities Prepare restaurant menu items to maintain high quality and consistency.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and support staff.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while handling food preparation tools and equipment.

Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years.

Strong verbal communication skills and team‑player mindset.

Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment and to remain on one shift for extended periods.

Physical Standards Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.

Reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Work in hot and damp conditions and handle small tools with finger and hand dexterity.

Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.

Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.

Compensation and Benefits Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour plus tips (tip‑out).

Daily Pay* (not available in California).
