Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Periop Nurse
Shift Details: Days, 12-hour shifts
Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements:
Valid nursing license
Knowledge of nursing practice as outlined by the professional nursing regulations
Understanding of the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized high-quality care to patients and families.
Uphold the voice of the patient while adhering to system policies and service excellence goals.
Participate in evidence-based practice and contribute to a safe clinical environment.
Maintain competency in nursing practices as defined by the nursing professional standards.
Engage in shared governance and professional development opportunities.
Address patient needs by implementing care plans in alignment with established protocols.
Compliance / Notes:
Adhere to the background check and drug screening requirements as necessary.
Follow the dress code and submission of time off requests according to facility policies.
