Position Summary This is an entry-level bookkeeping position and is primarily data entry and audit.
entering checks for inventory deliveries, processing ACH payments, uploading bank data, invoice scanning, daily sales and cost of goods sold journal entries, and weekly/monthly audits of journal entries, sales tax and transfers.
This is a part-time position and must be available between the hours of 8am-4pm Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays.
Requirements Previous experience using QuickBooks and basic accounting knowledge is a must.
