Pre‑Litigation Paralegal
Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys during the Pre‑Litigation phase of personal injury matters.

Expand your career by delivering superior client service and advocating for clients when interacting with third parties. Serve clients and support the case‑handling attorney throughout the Pre‑Litigation phase of all assigned matters.
Provide the best possible customer service and advocacy to clients when working with any third parties.
Status of medical treatment.
Contact third parties such as medical providers and insurance companies on behalf of the client.
Ensure all data is properly and accurately entered into the case‑management software (Litify).
Organize, save, and file all matter‑related documents.
Draft, send, fax, and/or email correspondence and supporting documents.
Problem analysis and problem‑solving.
Proficientumers in data entry and management.
Previous experience within the legal, medical, or insurance (@industry).
Strong computer and keyboarding experience.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
